Inspired by their own family life, Ekobo’s founders instill every piece with a sense of fun while maintaining a pragmatic, sustainably-minded approach to design and considered aesthetic.
In 2003, Franco-American duo and new parents Bruno and Boo Louis founded Ekobo to reconcile their love of design and environmental values. Together, they developed the brand’s signature BIOBU® FSC-certified bamboo fiber eco-composite as an alternative to traditional plastic to create a line of contemporary tableware for kids that is sustainable, reusable, non-toxic, and transparently made.
