Editor's Note

The designers at Nanimarquina sourced the most luxurious Ghazni wool from Afghanistan for this stunning design that is part of the Nomad series. Soft and tightly-woven, this merlot-colored kilim was inspired by nomadic tribes and their wisdom in leading simple, uncomplicated lives. This would be a beautiful complement to a room that features deep jewel tones, or would make a bold statement layered over a muted rug in an otherwise neutral space.

  • Material: 100% Hand spun Afghan wool
  • Care instructions: Vacuum your rug at least once a week, respecting the direction of the fiber. Above all, remember to use the vacuum cleaner at medium power and do not use heads with teeth or rollers that could damage the rug. Avoid taking your rug to the drycleaners too often. If absolutely necessary, please make sure that the dry-cleaning establishment specializes in the care of rugs. Please act quickly to remove stains. Most stains are easy to eliminate as long as you act immediately. It is important to prevent stains from drying out.

We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).

Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.
