We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.
Free shipping on orders above $175USD is applicable to USA and Canada orders with exception of Hawaii and Alaska where air shipping rates apply.
Selective items categorized as furniture, rugs, lighting, long brooms, and oversized are exempt from free shipping. A shipping charge for these items will be charged on your order at check out. Freight charge does not include assembly.
Return Policy
We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to send eligible items back to us, with the exception of furniture and rugs. You have 14 days from receipt to send eligible furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return. "I purchased four plates to fill a gap in my tableware—I used to own two dessert plates of this size but sadly broke one, and wanted to have nice plates to show off cakes and treats on when friends come over. The palace 160 is a good size for little bites, and it's beautifully crafted. The plate does have an eggshell-like textured surface and not a glossy one, so take that into account if you're sensitive to the sound of utensils on certain types of surfaces. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and they've been complimented a lot already!"
