To prolong the life of your Haws watering can, always empty it after use. Avoid leaving water sitting inside the can for extended periods, as this may cause rusting or damage to the painted finish over time.

We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).

Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.

Free shipping on orders above $175USD is applicable to USA and Canada orders with exception of Hawaii and Alaska where air shipping rates apply.

Selective items categorized as furniture, rugs, lighting, long brooms, and oversized are exempt from free shipping. A shipping charge for these items will be charged on your order at check out. Freight charge does not include assembly. 

Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to send eligible items back to us, with the exception of furniture and rugs. You have 14 days from receipt to send eligible furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return. Items discounted by 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

"I purchased one of these cans about a year ago and I just love it for all the small herb pots and small plants I have. Recently my daughter-in-law noticed it on a visit and she seemed to like it. Goodee was out of stock, so I bought one for her when they came back in. She is thrilled with it! She loves the size for all her indoor plants and she especially loves how gently the water comes out of the rosebud. Her kids, 5&7, find it easy to handle as well. "This watering can is just what I wanted. It is perfect for indoor use and looks great on my counter. The spout is long, helping me to get into precarious places to water my orchids. And the brass rosette tip is easily detachable. The weight is good—a nice gauge of copper for long-term use but not so heavy that it feels awkward to use.
