We are offering free standard shipping for purchases over $100 for a limited time.

Shipping Policy

We currently delivery to USA and Canada only. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.

All orders are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid). No orders are subject to duty.

You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of items with lead times or on backorder).

*Tracking information will be provided once your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Please note that delivery charges do not include possible surcharge that may apply to some item(s) and order(s) that are bulky and heavy. You will be contacted by email should any delivery surcharges be applied to your order. A Customer Care representative will contact you by email and provide shipping costs for orders over a $1000 value.

Return Policy

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.


Email with the following information:
    1. Order Number
    2. Item(s) you wish to return
    3. Reason(s) for return request
    Customer Care will respond with an RA number, and instructions on how to get the item back to Goodee
    Upon receipt of the item at our warehouse, Customer Care will confirm the receipt, and that the refund has been done (provided the item comes back in good condition)

      Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns without a valid RA number or for item(s) no longer in their original packaging.  Items must be returned unopened, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

      All shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.

      We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label. Returning item(s) with your own label and shipping method is at your own risk. Goodee will not be responsible for lost or damaged item(s).

      Refund will be applied on original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our warehouse.
