Shipping and Freight Policy
We currently deliver to USA and Canada only. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.
All orders are shipped DDP (delivery duty paid). No orders are subject to duty.
You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you. Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Goodee Inc. will not be responsible for stolen orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment.
Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e. in the case of items with lead times or on backorder).
We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. This being so, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. To find out if a change or cancellation is possible, please contact us at email@example.com

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order, with the exception of furniture and rugs. Furniture and rugs are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
To initiate the return process, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request. A Return Authorization number (RA number) will then be provided to you with return instructions.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns without a valid RA number or if they do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unopened, sealed, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received by you.
Goodee does not offer free shipping on returns unless product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. Please be sure to contact email@example.com to advise them of any damages or wrong items received. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund will be applied on original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our warehouse.
We do not offer Exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange of product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.

We’re packaging and shipping all your orders with the planet in mind. From the sealing tape (which is plant-derived and renewable) to the bubble wrap (made with 90% recycled content) and biodegradable packing peanuts (made of organic starch that decomposes in water leaving no toxic waste) that protects fragile items during shipping, and even the labels (plastic-free, 100% recycled and recyclable), every single packing material we use is as eco-friendly as possible. So don’t be surprised if you notice that we’ve reused some of our brand partners’ cartons — this also helps us keep waste to a minimum.
