We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).

Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.

Free shipping on orders above $175USD is applicable to USA and Canada orders with exception of Hawaii and Alaska where air shipping rates apply.

Selective items categorized as furniture, rugs, lighting, long brooms, and oversized are exempt from free shipping. A shipping charge for these items will be charged on your order at check out. Freight charge does not include assembly. 

Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to send eligible items back to us, with the exception of furniture and rugs. You have 14 days from receipt to send eligible furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return. Items discounted by 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Love the planter, hate the bad packaging.

"I bought 2 of these because the first one had one end cracked that I noticed as I was trying to plant it. The end fell off completely. It was very upsetting, but I wasn’t sure if I handled it poorly or if it happened during shipping. So I spent another $120 to repurchase this item since I totally love the look. I carefully unwrapped the second one inspecting for cracks and was pleased not to find any. However, there was a chip on the edge and the terracotta is exposed. I’m not sure if this will impact wear, but I will plant it anyway. I have the small version with no issues. I think the large is just too big and awkward to ship unless there is exceptional packing material to protect the ends. The box was large, but the bubblewrap was insufficient for the heft of the item."
