Digging, trenching, or clearing ground? This Niwaki spade can handle it all. Not only is it incredibly strong and sharp, easily cutting through stones, roots, and challenging soil, but it's also surprisingly light and gloriously golden. Crafted with precision in Japan, it's built to last with a comfortable YD tubular steel handle, firm tread, and a rigid steel pipe shaft that won't bend or break, even under heavy use. Plus, at only 980g (just over 2 lbs), it won't weigh you down. As you work with it, the paint will naturally wear away, and the steel will start to rust — this is your cue to start applying oil for maintenance.

We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.
Free shipping on orders above $175USD is applicable to USA and Canada orders with exception of Hawaii and Alaska where air shipping rates apply.
Selective items categorized as furniture, rugs, and lighting are also exempt from free shipping. A shipping charge for these items will be charged on your order at check out.
We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to send eligible items back to us, with the exception of furniture and rugs. You have 14 days from receipt to send eligible furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
