How to clean ecoBirdy furniture:
1. A soft remedy
It is best to clean the product with a soft brush or a damp microfibre cloth. For more stubborn stains, we suggest using a brush, a toothbrush, or an eraser.
2. Use natural cleaning products
Do not use ethanol or cleaning products containing solvents such as acetone, acid, trichloroethylene or ammoniac. If water doesn’t do the trick, use a natural soap.
3. The sooner the better
It’s best to clean the furniture as soon as you see the stain. If you allow the material to dry completely, it will require more scrubbing to remove dirt.
Please keep in mind, the cleaning results may vary depending on the type of stain, the permanency of the ink, crayon or paint, and brand that’s used.
Shipping & Returns
We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).
Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.
Free shipping on orders above $175USD is applicable to USA and Canada orders with exception of Hawaii and Alaska where air shipping rates apply.
Selective items categorized as furniture, rugs, and lighting are also exempt from free shipping. A shipping charge for these items will be charged on your order at check out.
We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to send eligible items back to us, with the exception of furniture and rugs. You have 14 days from receipt to send eligible furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.
