Are you still delivering?

We are currently still able to fulfill orders and taking every precaution to ensure they are processed in a safe and timely manner. However, please bear with us if the deliveries take a little longer than usual.

How are you looking after your team?

Until further notice, our office-based team is working remotely. We are working closely with our warehouse teams to make sure all fulfillment workers are safe and well cared for. Of course, we continue to monitor the situation daily to adjust our arrangements in the best interest of our teams, customers, and communities.

I want to return an item, what do I do?

We are temporarily extending our return policy to 30 days so you have more time to send the item back. To initiate a return, please contact us at care@goodeeworld.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request.

We built a platform centered around talented artisans making beautiful things and consumers looking to make a difference with their purchases. Today more than ever, we’re mindful of the need to support our brand partners and makers around the globe and help the most vulnerable communities through these challenging times.
