To determine your size, measure the distance across your hand (at the metacarpophalangeal joints) in centimeters. A measurement of 7 cm corresponds to size 7 (Small), 8 cm to size 8 (Medium), and so on. If you are in between sizes, we recommend you go up one size; however, some people prefer a tighter fit.
