Care Instructions: - Cover: 30°C gentle wash inside out. Zipper half-closed.
- Shake and pat the bean bag regularly to ensure the filling remains evenly distributed and retains its shape. Over time, the filling may compress with regular use. Refilling can be done as needed to maintain optimal comfort and support. Refilling can be done if you desired, however, this is done at your own risk since we cannot guarantee the process

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to Canada and the US (except PO boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories).

Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so that you don't have to pay extra fees upon delivery. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery from receipt of tracking. Add 5 business days for shipments to Canada.

Free shipping on orders above $175USD is applicable to USA and Canada orders with exception of Hawaii and Alaska where air shipping rates apply.

Selective items categorized as furniture, rugs, lighting, long brooms, and oversized are exempt from free shipping. A shipping charge for these items will be charged on your order at check out. Freight charge does not include assembly.

Return Policy

We hope you’ll love your purchase. In case you need to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to send eligible items back to us, with the exception of furniture and rugs. You have 14 days from receipt to send eligible furniture and rugs. Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return. Items discounted by 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
